Jcorporate recognizes that typically clients have a tight schedule to get the software installed and working. We respond by being committed to work smartly to facilitate quick results. In addition to getting the products installed onsite, Jcorporate provides a consultative approach to facilitating knowledge transfer to your staff, and in the process consciously working to understand your specific strategic implementation objectives.

Service Description

Typically after the client has made a Jcorporate software decision, they will quite often engage JGroupo to perform offsite remote services to perform the installation and configuration of the product. They enables the client to get rolling faster, than the time required to otherwise schedule onsite services.

In follow-up, typically the client will engage Jcorporate for Premium Support Services and frequently Onsite Instruction to facilitate knowledge transfer services to the client on the Jcorporate products. During this stage, Jcorporate mentors and provides knowledge transfer services to the client's staff. Training of the functionality is provided to enable the client to work with system meaningfully.

The Jcorporate technical consultant, with access to the client's technical environment will assess Jcorporate's ease of implementation and evaluate the integration opportunities that exist. A complete assessment process and action proposal will be drawn based on the findings.

In addition to recommendations made during the process of implementation, we follow-up summarizing the milestones and service performed, and define a roadmap of service and recommendations to enhance delivering a solutions tailored specifically to the requirements of your process. In summary, our methodology allows us to quickly get you up and rolling, while better understand and forecast your unique needs while identifying the most efficient path to a successful implementation of a solution.

Client Contributors

During the installation phase Jcorporate will typically work with the Premium Support technical contacts. For the onsite work, the Jcorporate consultant  will primarily work with the technical contacts; and as required for thorough project assessment may meet with key members of the project, including but not limited to users, project leaders, integrators, software engineers, designers, technical managers, and others who are directly involved in the project development may be included .The process allows for a clear definition of the client expectations and the development process necessary to integrate Jcorporate into the existing environment.

Deliverables and Implementation

Upon completion, we follow-up summarizing the milestones and service performed; and in addition provide a summary of a recommended process in line with the client expectations. This includes a list of proposed service action items with project milestones and deliverables that can best support your current and future production process through the most direct and efficient path.

Typically remote services are utilized via 1-2 ServicePaks for the installation services; followed by one week onsite implementation services for training and knowledge transfer. Premium Support services are also recommended.
