Implementation services follow the basic installation and service accessment /action plan already provided.  The follow-up on the accessment report enables us to ascertain from the client what the basic work tasks are.  Some clients may wish more detailed consulting services including a requirements analysis, a feasibility study of the requirements, formulating possible solutions, and creating a time line estimation to completion of project solution. A 'Statement of Work' will be arrived at, and will need to be approved by both Jcorporate and the client before work can proceed.

A 'Statement of Work' lists the requirements to be satisfied, describing the solution, detailing inputs, outputs, forms, reports, etc., describing tasks to be completed by Jcorporate and the client, and quoting the expected time to complete the work.

Based on client's requirements determined, we will work with the client to create a solution using Jcorporate tools, and third party tools.

Development

(Pre-Requisite: Install/Assessment)
From the 'Statement of Work', the Jcorporate Consultant will develop a solution working closely with the client to achieve defined milestones. Demonstrable prototypes will be developed, if necessary, in order to show the progress of the project and allow the client to verify the work progress. Since this is collaboration between Jcorporate and the client, the client is responsible for the tasks as designated in the 'Statement of Work' and must agree to be available for consultations. Development work will be performed offsite; while implementation services will be onsite.

Deliverables and Implementation

The project will be completed in terms of milestones, with client signoff on each stage.  The implementation process completes each milestone defined in the client's 'Statement of Work' including testing and deployment. In addition, the JGroup Consultant will provide: user's documentation, any training necessary to use the solution, and maintenance for the solution.

Both onsite and remote implementation services are available.  Some work may be best for onsite work and follow-up work via offsite remote services. Onsite work is desirable for collecting information, analysis and training.   Upon request the project can be quoted.
