Jcorporate Site Management Comittee (SMC)Jcorporate is a dynamic place with real innovative people. While the Project Management Committee (PMC) directs the project feature direction, the Jcorporate Site Management Committee oversee the day-to-day affairs of the Web Site. The SMC assists in decisions and implementation relating to direction, community building, promotion, design and project infrastructure in co-operation with the PMC team.The site is managed using a collaborative, consensus-based process. We do not have a hierarchical structure. Rather, different groups of contributors have different rights and responsibilities in the organization. The SMC is a meritocracy where these rights and responsibilities follow from the skills and contributions of participants.Sandra CannSandra Cann is one of the founders of JCorporate. As a system anaylst, he brings 15 years experience in project management, software design, and project implementation. She has extensive experience with business software, but additional expertise in a number of fields such as accounting, procurement, sales, marketing, and so forth necessary to produce the best practices applications that are part of the goals of Jcorporate. Tino DaiSince early 2002 Tino
has been maintaining the dynamic portion of the jcorporate site and
more recently has been leading the
process of moving the site to a new server. Tino's draws on his experience
as
project leader at Verizon. Tino's experience
in transitioning Expresso applications from 4.0X to 5.0X is available
as consulting services under JGroup. Michael RimovMIchael Rimov has been instrumental keeping a birds eye view to technology evolutions and brings this vision to Jcorporate projects as lead developer of Expresso. In addition to this vision he has brought cohesion to the various projects. He has also assisted with faciliating moving Jcorporate site applications to the latest Expresso 5.0 version.
